Borage Oil Food Supplement

Borage oil (1000 mg including 550 mg of omega 6 fatty acids: 350 mg of linoleic acid and 200 mg of gammalinolenic acid), coating agents: gelatin** and vegetable glycerin, D-alpha-tocopherol (natural vitamin E: 13.4 mg or 111.6% of the RI*).

*RI = Reference Intake ** bovine gelatin (non-BSE)

Take 1 to 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water.
To respect the ratio ω6/ω3 ≤ 5, it is recommended to combine the intake of omega 3 capsules (175 mg of omega 3 fatty acids including 90 mg of EPA and 60 mg of DHA per capsule).

You can also pierce the capsule and apply borage oil directly to the driest areas of your skin.

Delivery only in France, by post, delivery time 4 to 7 days.

After agreement, you will be able to exchange or refund the product(s) at your discretion. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of one or more of the products ordered. The product must be in good condition, unused and in its original packaging. The return and exchange costs are your responsibility unless the product(s) delivered prove(s) not to conform to the initial order, in which case the return and exchange costs will be my responsibility.
