If one or more products in your order do not suit you, you have the right to return them without explanation, but under certain conditions and by informing us beforehand by email:

After agreement, you will choose between an exchange or a refund for the product(s). You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return of one or more of the ordered products. The product must be in good condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility unless the delivered product(s) do not conform to the initial order, in which case the return and exchange costs will be covered by me.
